If you no longer have need for 800Link, simply notify us that you wish to cancel your service. Your service may be cancelled at any time. You can do this by phone, fax, mail or e-mail. If you choose to cancel service in writing, be sure to include the account number, the name on the account and contact information in case we need to get in touch with you.
You will receive a confirmation code once your account has been cancelled.
If you do not receive a confirmation code, your account has not been cancelled and you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible.
