Some organizations provide pre-recorded greetings for their members. The greeting, also referred to as the outgoing message, is the first thing callers hear when they dial into your mailbox. If your organization offers pre-recorded greetings, you may want to consider using one of them for your mailbox to get started. You can always record your own in the future if you prefer. You can preview the greetings that are available and, if you find one you like, assign it to your mailbox.

Instructions

1. Log on to your account (click here for instructions).
2. Expand the "Services" node to display your services if it is not already expanded (clicking on the node itself expands/collapses the node).
3. Expand the node of the service you wish to modify.
4. Click on "Outgoing Message".
