You have all heard it - while waiting on hold, a voice interrupts the music you were listening to to remind you how important your call is or let you know about an offering you may not have been aware of. Now your callers can be treated to that extra professional touch.

We have recently added the ability to interrupt your on hold audio with one or more customized messages played at regular intervals or at the end of each on hold audio clip. The customized interrupt audio can be anything you want, from “Thank you for your patience. We will be with you shortly” to “Don't forget to ask about our military discount.”.
